On June 25, 2025, we delivered 250 bookbags with school supplies inside, uniforms, and kidney beans to students in need at the École Primaire Rwesero in the Ruhango District, Rwanda. In addition, we provided washable sanitary pads to 80 girls.

School’s Name: École Primaire Rwesero Administrators, teachers, parents, students, and our team.

Parents and students were seated outside to greet us.

The school’s Headmaster addressed the parents and students.

Members of our team and school administrators seated before the students and parents as the Headmaster spoke.

Abiyah, Abigail, and James (he made the bookbags and uniforms).

The Headmaster called students’ names to line up.

Students began to line up.

School administrators and teachers facilitated order as students’ names were called to line up.

Abiyah and Abigail stood by the bookbags before they were distributed.

Our team member, Christian, informed (in Kinyarwanda…) a teacher who informed the girls about the washable sanitary pads.

A teacher explained to the girls how to use and take care of the washable sanitary pads.

We provided sanitary pads for 80 girls.

A school administrator and one of our team delivery drivers.

A group of students had asked and shook Abiyah’s hand shortly before our departure.

Our expert drivers got us there (4 ½ hours trip one-way) and back safely.
